@DrDiGiorgio When governments restrict the negative right to freely pursue, provide, or access medical services(FDA gatekeeping, certificate-of-need laws, patent evergreening…), it creates artificial scarcity and fuels demand for positive rights (entitlements to care, drugs, or insurance)
