Totally different events. But the Quran fuses them into one blended story. Why is nobody talking about this? That’s not Revelation—that’s confusion. The details are undeniably the same, and it’s undeniably a mix-up. And here’s what hit me: As a Muslim reading the Bible, I realized something. The Bible is laser precise with names, places, and timelines, because God actually moved in real history. And if the book I was reading can’t keep Saul and Gideon straight, how could I trust it with my eternity? The God of Scripture doesn’t blur history.
