It changes nothing actually. Israel is levels above Iran it's like an extension of United States' hands in the Middle East. It'd have been different if Russia was ready to back Iran all the way, but they already have their hands full with Ukraine. The good thing is that the US and Israel seek to remove the terrorists in power and hand leadership of Iran to the Iranian people. And even if they have other benefits to it, as long as the Italian people, who called for the help, are in support of them, there's no issues with that then.
