Let me be blunt: more Indians targeted by influencers over H-1B lies and smear campaigns need to push back legally.
If someone is monetizing false accusations, harassment, or fake “exposés” without verification, stop being passive. Pool resources, hire attorneys, sue where the facts support it.
This nonsense has caused real reputational and professional harm. If nobody pushes back now, people will keep treating Indians as easy targets and pushovers. Enough.
