In the run up to 2022 UDA nominations Prof Bittok called the then Governor aspirant Chelilim Bii(Koti Moja) and bragged to him that he had money and would be elected Governor of Uasin Gishu, he even promised him a job as a CAS in the national government or as CEC in his government because he was confident of being elected second Governor of UG on 20th April 2022 but ya Mungu ni mengi ya kuku ni mayai.
