@AmazonHelp I can assure you that I sent a DM at 11pm last night. Also, just checked my Amazon account & it shows that I “Requested to return this item” which is clearly nonsense as I HAVEN’T received it yet! Sending another DM now….

@AmazonHelp DM sent last night as requested, (no reply), however, a short while after being advised it will now arrive on Friday, I received another email advising that you have had to order a “replacement?” Item so now can’t deliver until NEXT Tuesday (14 days since order!) Please explain??

@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply Sharon, but I have not been kept updated during the process other than been told it has been delayed again. This is the second time I have wasted the best part of a day for delivery. If it doesn’t arrive on Friday then all 3 items ordered will be returned.

@AmazonHelp WHERE IS MY PARCEL? This is the second time I have waited for it, after being cancelled during delivery on Saturday for some reason, I was advised that it would be here by 10pm TODAY. Now advised it will be here on Friday, with no explanation why….THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
