This argument falls apart every time when you ask the people who truly believe it was staged, as to how it was staged. Especially when you ask how they'd account for the fireman that was killed, along with the other 2 people that were critically hurt. People don't really believe that. They just can't believe that he was hit in the ear, of all places. That, coupled with the fact that this solidified his presidency. And more often than not, the same ones will openly tell you they wish he was killed.
