@Subedei_Eternal @KenKansa @BlockClubCHI He wants to stay but cannot. He didn’t match with an internship. Your ability to be an asshole is what’s rotten. Zero empathy for people. What had you done to make the world a better place??

@sty_usa @JomboyMedia I don’t know the backstory for the different players, but they are not following the code on the ice. A couple of the guys jumped their opponents before they even had a chance to drop their stick and shed their gloves. Bush league.

@JomboyMedia FD same guys every year. These are guys who played at pretty high level in college. There’s a code, you don’t keep punching when a guy is defenseless. FD showed zero class! PD hasn’t won in a fucking decade and these clowns on FD with big egos couldn’t let them celebrate.

@GoatIsTalking @CWBChicago This was not a random event. The area is safe, especially during events at the UC. Blue checkmark=proudly afraid of everything.

@CWBChicago For those of you unfamiliar with Chicago, this happened 3 blocks west of the United Center, and only 1 block from a United Center parking lot. In the middle of the day. Think about that the next time there's an event at the United Center that you want to attend.

Six cops stopped to question two men wearing masks and latex gloves on the Near West Side. Before they could get out of their squad cars, the men shot and killed a beloved local businessman, prosecutors say. cwbchicago.com/2026/03/cops-s…

@lacherbauer The root cause is police and fire overtime. That’s where all the money goes.

@lacherbauer Sounds good. Chicago can keep all the revenue it generates. Downstate hasn’t paid its fair share.

Counterpoint: Suburbanites outnumber city residents 2.5 to 1, a consolidated political entity could provide a much-needed moderate check on the city's reckless governance. Since the region operates as one integrated economy, it should be managed under a unified governing body.

@Klbbrady @PaulVallas No one likes war but this has been a simmering issue for many presidents. Hopefully, Iran will be able to free themselves from the theocracy that attached itself to their country. It's an iconic picture and moment. It's ok to celebrate the USA!

Trump’s action to topple Tehran’s authoritarian, theocratic medieval regime that subjugates women, religious and ethnic minorities, and is the chief sponsor of state sponsored terrorism in the region is long overdue and well within the War Powers Act. Since the 1979 revolution that ousted the Shah, Iran’s ruling clerics have crushed six major uprisings, each of which have been marked by systemic murder and imprisonment. As many as 30,000 Iranians have been killed and thousands more detained in new waves of protest. Since coming to power, the Iranian regime has been implicated in terrorist plots and attacks in over 40 countries including over 360 targeted assassinations. They’ve been involved, by some estimates, in the killing of over 1,000 U.S. service members and citizens in the Middle East. The president is well within his executive authority as the War Powers Act specifically allows the chief executive to commit US military power for up to 60 days with Congressional Authorization, only requiring that Congress be notified. As for anxiety that Trump’s actions are a reversal of his commitment to end the “Forever Wars,” the Middle East, we’ve been at war with Iran for 47 years principally because the regime has had the capacity to destabilize the Middle East through its terrorist network. As for risks to American troops, there’s no indication either the White House or Israel intend on deploying ground combat troops in Iran nor would they need to in order to ultimately neutralize Iran as a threat to the region. Read the rest of my piece in John Kass News.

@prussiawithlove @PaulVallas The region is objectively less stable as your orange god has started a war. The Middle East is on the brink of WW3. I pray you are a bot and not a person. Take Jack Hughes off your profile pick. You didn’t have anything to do with the gold medal.

@Klbbrady @PaulVallas I'm not saying it was without cost and there are degrees of success, but Iraq is objectively a better place now than when Sadddam was in power. That also makes the region better.

@prussiawithlove @PaulVallas It is not an example of a successful regime change war. Any modest gains they have made are not proof of success. Ask a veteran of those wars. You couldn’t be more wrong but that doesn’t matter to you. The region is better off?!! Are you aware Iran is in the region?

@Klbbrady @PaulVallas Doesn't mean that Iraq isn't an example of a successful US regime change war. Iraq and the region is better off now than when Saddam was in power.

@prussiawithlove @PaulVallas It’s not safe to travel there. Our state department has it listed as a level 4 danger. They have made some progress, since the US pulled out. That being said, was it worth trillions of dollars and millions of lives? The answer is no

@prussiawithlove @PaulVallas You obviously have no idea what you’re talking about. Iraq is not a stable democracy, and there is all kinds of secretarial violence. But nice try.

Here is our former “uniter-in-chief,” Barack Obama, being his typical feckless, divisive, and poisonous self, condemning conservatives and Trump at a funeral. Obama will never change.

@Ecnerwal23 Google the image. I’m saying I don’t think it was bad behavior. He got a tattoo that’s a skull and crossbones. I’ve listened to two or three longform interviews with him and the explanation seems very plausible. Democrats have these purity test for their candidates
