Very sad to share Brian died on 5th March. It was peaceful but sudden. He was an incredible human; warm, wickedly funny, courageous, with a huge sense of morality. His beloved wife, Maggie, family and friends are devastated but very grateful for all the love in his memory

I will miss Brian terribly. I had planned to contact him this week to say how much I appreciated his latest thread on his experience in the priesthood. I’ll miss his insight and faithfulness to the God who shaped his life. ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.’ ❤️

I was contacted two hours ago by Brian's close friend informing me Brian died yesterday. I am devastated by the loss of someone who has been with me since the foundation of LOUDfence. Brian was my dear friend, mentor and wise counsellor. Please pray for him 🙏😢

@KnittingNun This was chosen for a funeral many years ago, by the young children of a man who died way too young, because it was their favourite hymn. The third verse broke me. I can never sing this without praying for that family.
