Instead, the Islamic Republic of Iran broke his bones, extracted a “confession,” rejected his alibi, and killed him to send a message: “Speak and we will hang your children.” This is not a bug in the system. This is the system. 3/ Iran executed over 885 people in 2025 alone. Many were arrested as teenagers. Many were tortured. Many had their only “evidence” beaten out of them.
