Cargill using AI to get extra meat from beef carcasses. Its machine vision tool (“CarVe”) spots “red pixels” in images which are tiny flecks of meat. The tool recovers 0.5% more meat from each animal, equal to 55 million pounds of meat a year (~$200m worth). Particularly useful as beef prices are up 17% YoY as cattle herds have dropped to lowest levels in 75 years.

I don’t get it. I have just spoken with the Emir of Qatar and President Trump following the strikes that hit gas production facilities in Iran and Qatar today. It is in our common interest to implement, without delay, a moratorium on strikes targeting civilian infrastructure, particularly energy and water supply facilities. Civilian populations and their essential needs, as well as the security of energy supplies, must be protected from military escalation.

Point is that, yes, South Pars was an escalation in American/Israeli targeting, but it comes after weeks of Iranian attacks on GCC energy infrastructure.
