I didn't use my @kobo e-reader for a month and now it won't even charge or turn on. Completely dead. Called support and all they offered was a $15 discount on a new one Let this be a reminder to charge your devices, I guess

@kobo bought 2 kobo Clara 2e in 2023, both are dead. 1 because the usb port is desoldered and its very hard to find the right angle to charge, 2nd one because its bricked and reset doesn’t fix it. Customer service explained that its outside warranty. To me its poorly designed/built.
