@TGV_Lyria The staff was rude and uncooperative. The train was on the platform and we even displayed our 1st class tickets . There was no reason to deny the boarding . We pleaded but in vain.

@TGV_Lyria we are totally disappointed with your services at Paris gare de Lyon. Despite being on time for our train to Zurich we were denied boarding. We pleaded but got no help . Kindly refund our money. We booked through Trainline App Transaction ID: 518608561115. Disheartened

@TGV_Lyria We arrived 5 minutes before but we were still refused boarding . All I can say is that we are leaving Paris extremely disappointed.

@thetrainline we booked for our trip from Paris to Zurich dated 20th July at 12:22 pm (9213) . We reached our train 5 minutes before time, however d staff after several requests just didn’t let us board. We are a family of 3 with baggage and stuck at Paris. My mob: +919000136000
