Back in the late 1980s, Casio made the F91 which went on to become thede facto humble watch across various tax brackets.
But it had one weakness. An incandescent backlight that was dim, uneven and only lit part of the screen.
The F105 fixed exactly that same watch, electroluminescent backlight that lights the entire screen evenly.
Some welcomed the upgrade. Some still ride with the F91.
