Good progress. You already have signal. Now be very focused: → high traffic + low conversion = positioning or first impression problem → fix the headline and make the outcome obvious in 3 seconds → show one clear use case, not everything it can do → add proof or examples so people trust it faster → guide users to the “aha” moment immediately 160 users and $100 means it works. Now it’s about tightening the path from visit → signup → pay.
