@Breaking57 This is probably partly due to menopause. So many women experience this exact thing around 40-50's. I was always a little antisocial but it has gotten so bad recently. I don't mind my husband& kids but no interest in doing things with other people. I know my hormones are a mess.

Just treat and if found to be lying put in the medical record for future treatment. You act like you personally have to pay for the drugs if they're faking.

There is always more context than what is being let on. We have patients who want to get high off of the lorazepam which is our first line in treating seizures. They go as far as faking one to get a dose. And if you are an inexperienced healthcare professional, your first think is to treat the symptoms instead of investigate further. Which is why they hyperbolize their "seizures" to scare the newbies. Fakes are easy to identify. You can drop their hand on top of their face- if it lands solid on it, it's likely a true seizure (in addition to no response to painful stimuli). If the person naturally avoids it, then its fake *in addition to responding to painful stimuli.*

A Kansas City woman was denied medical care while suffering back-to-back seizures after her husband filed a complaint against Overland Park Regional Hospital One week agoa man named Quae filed a complaint on behalf of his wife, Nisha, at the hospital due to her experiencing seizures. Hours after her discharge, she was found blocks away in a puddle of water on the side of the road, having another seizure. A Good Samaritan discovered her and provided assistance until emergency medical services arrived. Hours later, Quae learned about the incident and reported the hospital. Later that day, his wife had another seizure and was discharged after they discovered that the husband had filed a report against the hospital. Hospital staff called security on the husband after he confronted them for refusing to care for her while she was having seizures. Security personnel escorted the husband and his wife from the room while having seizures. That is when the husband contacted the Overland Park Police Department. Upon their arrival, they witnessed the incident as Quae was providing aid to his wife. Police informed them that they had to take action, prompting the emergency room staff to intervene.

Property tax isn't a fee for service. It's a penalty for owning a nicer home. Three houses on the same road. Same fire truck. Same sheriff. Same snowplow. One pays $5,000. One pays $2,500. One pays $1,250. If it were a fee for service, they'd all pay the same. They don't. Because it was never about services. A Bonner County woman's family has owned their property for 116 years. The house never burned down. Most of those decades, no kids in school. But the bill went up every single year. Property tax is a penalty for owning property the market decided is worth more. There is no fairness in that system. Idaho has the revenue to fund services without it. I'm fighting to eliminate it entirely.

I really do think this is a big part of the decline in births. We have to watch our children every second or be blasted on social media. This forces parents to plan activities so children aren't in the house all day which is expensive and exhausting.
