Danielle Smith's government fired the AHS CEO and then fired the Board. 

The report alleges that the firing happened after the AHS CEO and Board started to look into the legality of contracts for private surgeries that could enrich companies with strong ties to the UCP government and staff.  They did all of this with YOUR tax dollars.

Calgary Public Library continues to move forward in its recovery. We are moving to stage two of its Pathway to Recovery. As of Thursday, November 21, members will be able to access their accounts, and locations are able to accept, and process returns and holds. All current loans will be extended until December 16 and there are no late fines on Library materials. Albertans and fellow Canadians: We may very well be on the verge of losing entirely the beautiful town of Jasper in one of our national parks. There are those who say there is no global warming and that climate change is a hoax. Go and tell that to the ashes of Jasper.

Jasper and Jasper National Park are treasures for the world … and they’re a special haven for those of us lucky enough to live close by. What’s happening tonight breaks my heart. Prayers for those displaced by the fire and heartfelt thanks to those fighting it. #JasperFire
