Encroachment on a footpath in India is a punishable offense primarily under local municipal laws and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS),  Previously IPC And land Encroachment Acts. Dear, @mybmc, @mybmcWardL Kindly take your attention here at Kurla West, Near Sheetal Cinema, LBS Marg; this footpath recently blocked by this mandir named "Shri Datta". My friend who resides nearby that mandir sent me these videos and pictures. That road is a traffic area, and it's dangerous to walk on the road as heavy trucks and BEST buses pass by on the same road. it’s on the pedestrian walking area. It's a humble request to remove all the flowerpots and clear the object that is blocking the public from walking on the footpath.
