@STIHLUSA tree removal businesses are going to be overloaded with demand over the next week in Nashville. Let’s activate the dads of America with free 4-hour rentals and help the greater middle TN region. Got more ideas. Hit me up.

"AI Agents will become commodities that drive marketing service costs to zero." "AI Agents will turn service businesses into massive margin businesses that make them venture investment worthy." Two arguments with two different extreme outcomes. Which one is right? Here is my bet. Agents will make all work more efficient and cheaper for the end consumer while also still having differentiated value that allows some to capture more margin. The reason: Training data. Client service is at its core a long series of questions, answers and insights. The specific questions that a specific subset of brands ask about their business in a service context and what responses they value is a niche agentic function that will require unique training data. Like imagine if an agency had been around for a decade. Servicing a consistent set of customers. Using a common set of tools that store those questions and responses. Like email, slack, asana etc. This catalog is a moat that will make some agents more valuable than others. I'll give you an example of how were a working on this idea right now... Recently @dtcjacob exported our entire Slack history, cleaned and sorted the text for questions and answers. Had AI group the questions into themes, sort them by commonality and we are beginning to ask and train agents on responses. Using reinforcement through human feedback to qualify and mold the responses. Our belief is that all client comms will begin with an agent. They just have such an advantage in their omnipresence and processing speed but getting the responses right from a tone and value standpoint is challenging. We have lots of acroynms and sayings that your unique to CTC. 4 Peaks Theory, 4 quarter accounting, IMR, Statlas etc... The agent must be fluent. They will be soon. Now we just need a name. Any suggestions?

Super LAME: DTC Conferences declining agencies from attending their event. Agencies typically have much better insight on the market than brand owners do The most valuable insights on twitter come from agency owners It's not like we're going to hard sell everyone, dumb

Been referencing an ad that went nuts for a client in the last couple days. One small point to make here: I launched that ad in a consolidated campaign, with Bid Caps, competing against all the other ads that were already spending. No test campaign. And you'll never believe this, but Meta's machine learning spent on it even though it didn't have any previous spend. Quit creating testing campaigns. "Meta won't give your new ads a chance" is not a real thing. It's not giving them a chance because they aren't winners.

The first version of the "Growth Guide Training Program" I built for CTC in 2020 has become the stuff of legend. The 8 people that went through it now lead growth for well known brands or have started their own business. Only problem was it was illegal. Here's what it entailed
