My mom turns 68 today. In 2018 when her cancer came back, the dr said she had maybe 5 yrs. Radiation, chemo, and side effects from chemo (osteoporosis/broken bones, hearing loss, COPD, etc.) all stood in her way. Today, she’s still here. I love her so much🥹🥰❤️Very grateful!

I've gotten a few DM's suggesting that I'm too direct. Yes, I am very direct. In my life, the most direct people have had the most impact on me. I don't believe sugarcoating startup life helps anyone. It's really, really hard -- odds are stacked against you. Hoping my direct/bluntness provides clarity and concise food for thought. ♥️

Working on something for IWD… if you had a large group of young men to influence which stories of women who have changed our sporting spaces and places would you choose? (And would love to know why) #IWD

ChatGPT has crossed 1M+ users in just 5 days. To compare, it took Netflix 41 months, FB - 10 months, and Instagram - 2.5 months. But many haven’t yet realized its full potential. Here are the 10 mindblowing things you can do using it right now:

High-intensity exercise causes muscles to produce lactate which gets into the brain where it plays a direct role in the production of norepinephrine & serotonin. Analysis of 15 studies found aerobic exercise and particularly high-intensity exercise effectively treat anxiety.

Many people don’t get enough physical activity each week to support their mental and physical wellbeing. @championlifeaus gives schools, aged care and disability service providers allow teachers & carers to measurably improve the wellbeing of the people they care for.

Early-stage startups should never try and seem bigger than they are. This is the fastest way to erode trust. Instead, let prospect know they have a direct line into you (the Founder), and entire team is seeking to go above/beyond to show value and get a reference/case study.

Early career years are painful. You feel like an idiot 98% of the time - lost, confused and insecure. I wish I had a cheat sheet of principles for my first job. So I put one together. Here are 20 (non-fortune cookie) things about building a career I wish I knew sooner:
