I think the thought process of ‘kols calling means it won’t go up’ has two sides of it. That mentality does actually work in my opinion, but it depends on the narrative and how long lasting it is. From what I’m seeing here, this is a developing trend we were early to. People seem to forget kols are traders too. Many of us don’t have inside info. But I see many trying to grow their twitter accounts to our levels and never really achieve it. So what does that mean? - We’ve got a good track record? - We actually know what we’re doing on a consistent basis? - We’ve hit massive runners in the past with conviction? So why do so many people keep fudding kols for calling coins when we’re not only putting them on the radar for you (eyes/attention), but many of us actually put our earnt money on the line and are now classed as ‘whales’ supporting the coin. Like it or not, kols are an important fundamental of our ecosystem. Just like 67 stalling below 100k mcaps until the virality hit, that’s where we are now, but in a better market (although still not what it was before), where good narratives get exposure. Anyways I called this below $9M because I do believe this could be much bigger than people think and it’s going over many people’s heads due to impatience and lack of confidence since we’re not used to not seeing as many massive figure runners as we used to.
