@StateBarCA Can you please consider refunding exam fees for applicants that qualify for this program and no longer need to take the February Bar Exam? During these hard times $800 can go a long way for students. The deadline for withdrawal did not take this program into account #lawtwitter

#StateBarCA has updated information about the expanded Provisional Licensure Program. The amended rule includes those who scored 1390 or higher on any #CAbarexam between July 2015 & Feb 2020. Applications available no later than 3/1. ow.ly/gzbd50Doyjp. Check out our FAQs.

I was jealous when my fellow PLL advocates received their passing scores. I was scared that the fight for #RetroactiveAdmission would be swept under the carpet. I’m ecstatic today. I NEVER HAVE TO TAKE THE BAR EXAM AGAIN!!! I still support #AbolishTheBarExam

As a February bar taker that received a score above 1390, I was devastated when the Supreme Court rejected Retroactive Admission. I was shattered when I was not able to take the October bar exam due to COVID. I tried to be optimistic and hopeful.

@EvanMilla @EvanMilla Thank you for all your contributions. I agree that this will be approved but hopefully the application process will be implemented this month so individuals can commence practicing as a PLL Attorney on or before March 1st

This is a very stressful time for past 1390+ bar applicants, but I am highly confident that the program will be approved and implemented in short order. Will list out the facts I'm relying on for my reasoning below to help soothe some nerves. #RetroactiveAdmission #PLLWaiver

The @CaSupremeCourt indicated last week that they would be addressing the #PLLWaiver program today. Based on comments made at past working group meetings, we believe the program will be announced on Friday morning. We will update as soon as we know. #RetroactiveAdmission

It appears that the Cal Supreme Court will be looking at #PLLWaiver next Wednesday instead of today. I know it's a week delay and a lot of you are still studying in anticipation, so this is tough, but it's important to stay strong. #RetroactiveAdmission

Wow! Kudos to the County of San Diego & UCSD Health for an amazingly well run Covid-Vaccine super site! I brought Papa for his first dose, it took 27 minutes total! (Including 15 min post shot wait.) He received the Moderna shot and is feeling great & I’ll breath easier now!

@CourtWatchLA @LASuperiorCourt What’s the point of the notice if it’s released more than 5 days after date onsite? Anyone find it interesting that the last date onsite and the date of COVID test are usually the same. Could that mean that individuals are still reporting to Court until they get COVID results?
