@JeffVaughn Just to be clear, 21 hours would be the total crew time (such as 3 workers spending 7 hours removing graffiti on the bridge). The number fluctuates each day based on the amount of tagging. It has been as high as 30 (5 guys, 6 hours)b and as low as 15 (5 guys, 3 hours).

#Breaking: despite being open for only 3 weeks, #LA City Council has approved $706,000 in "repairs and maintenance" for the $588M #6thstreetBridge. Graffiti removal is biggest expense w/ average of 1244 square ft of graffiti painted / day; crews working 21 hrs / day to clean.
