While many celebrated the 4th of July, your @LACoFD911 Dispatchers & Command Staff were hard at work, keeping the county safe through the night. With augmented staffing and dedicated personnel, the calls never stopped—and neither did they. 🇺🇸🔥9️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ #LACoFD

Today at 0800 hours, LACC transmitted an “ALL CALL” transitioning all units to the new LA-RICS radio system. This transition ended the era of #LACoFD operating on the “Blue” channels since the 1990s! #LARICS #TheMissionStartsHere 🚒 9️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ 🚑

Today marks the 14-year anniversary of the tragic deaths of #LACoFD Captain Ted Hall & FFS Arnie Quinones during the #StationFire in 2009. They made the ultimate sacrifice when Camp 16 was overrun - their actions saved the lives of over 60 individuals. #WeShallNotForget 🙏🏼💔🕊️

Heavy rain is expected across @CountyofLA this afternoon. Please do not disconnect while awaiting for 911 and/or the Fire Dept to answer. Note any vehicle descriptions when reporting collisions, helping responders rule out duplicates. @ReadyLACounty #CAwx #Hilary
