Word on the street is John Cornyn actually wants the Dignity Act to pass instead of the SAVE Act.
Brian Allen@allenanalysis
🚨BREAKING: 20 Republicans and 20 Democrats just co-sponsored the Dignity Act — the first serious bipartisan immigration bill in decades. What it actually does: No amnesty. No citizenship. No handouts. A pathway to legal work status for long-term undocumented immigrants who meet strict requirements — fully funded by restitution payments from immigrants themselves, requiring zero taxpayer dollars. Mike Lawler’s own words: “This is not amnesty. It’s accountability, it’s fairness, it is dignity.”

@scotthow5231 @IAPolls2022 If Hilton wants to win, he and Bianco should be working together to keep each other in the top two spots in primary polling.
I want Hilton to win too, but the only way either of them have a chance is if they lock the Democrats out of the general election.

@PCamero95730249 @CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a @MetalCoreNTacos I’ve been on X long enough to understand how most users choose to, unfortunately, act. Despite these sad, normal attitudes I do my best to be an optimist in a pessimistic environment.
English

@LAForever06 @CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a @MetalCoreNTacos Judging by your use of words and logic, you have not been on X long.
Thanks for the honesty
English

@CaptainBrady3 @PCamero95730249 @rittenhouse2a @MetalCoreNTacos @PCamero95730249, and @MetalCoreNTacos, I thank you both for your help and research.
@CaptainBrady3, I hope we can end this debate here and move on to other topics. If not, we can simply agree to disagree.
Again, if true, I thank you for your service, and wish you good health.
English

@CaptainBrady3 @PCamero95730249 @rittenhouse2a Again, I don’t know if it’s what you intended, but you insinuated it.
Now, as @MetalCoreNTacos has brought forth, it appears Kyle had a neck injury.
Again, it benefits from doing your research before making an opinion on a topic.
English

@CaptainBrady3 @PCamero95730249 @rittenhouse2a I don’t know if it’s what you intended, but, from prior choice of words, it sounded like the insinuation was Kyle had no chance of getting into the Marines (aka, a PDQ), and that’s what led him to be in Kenosha.
As myself and @PCamero95730249 have pointed out, that’s untrue.
English

@PCamero95730249 @LAForever06 @rittenhouse2a Never said it was. Idk wtf he was disqualified for. And nobody has ever said he was permanent disqualified to my knowledge. So not really sure what your point is. I simply stated he was disqualified and that’s typically due to asvab or psych issues. Never discussed PDQ.
English

@CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a If you’re a veteran, then I thank you for your service, but I’m not being a, “simp.” I’ve simply doing the proper research into a subject (in this case, Kyle Rittenhouse) before making a definitive opinion, and said research has given me the inclination to disagree with yours.
English

@LAForever06 @rittenhouse2a I’m a marine veteran. You can get medical waivers for basically anything. Quit being a simp
English

@CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a Neither Rittenhouse nor the Marines have given any specific reason why the former was disqualified from joining the Corps, only that they, “[discussed] his options with recruiters.” That could mean it was any reason (e.g. medical).
Stop being disingenuous and do your research.
English

@LAForever06 @rittenhouse2a Because there something fucking wrong with him to not be able to make it through MEPs and the recruitment cycle you dumb ass mother fucker
English

@Lavader_ As an Evangelical, I can honestly admit this is funny. 😁
English

@CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a What does not getting into the Marines have anything to do with the context behind Kyle’s actions?
Also, if you’d actually researched the lead-up to Kyle’s said actions, you’d know the police were overwhelmed, eventually having to request the activation of the National Guard.
English

@LAForever06 @rittenhouse2a It’s not a lie. He couldn’t get in the Marinr Corps when a waiver literally exists for everything. Besides like really low asvab scores and psychological issues. Also, he shouldn’t have been there. We have police for a reason. We’re not run off vigilante justice
English

@CaptainBrady3 @rittenhouse2a That’s a lie. Anyone who’s studied the circumstances of Kyle’s actions knows it.
While tragic, Kyle killed in LAWFUL self-defense after being UNLAWFULLY attacked and chased by rioters. Kyle didn’t even need to be there. He was doing what was right by defending local businesses.
English

@rittenhouse2a Word on the street is you couldn’t get past a Marine corps recruiting station so you waged war on the street against American citizens
English

@mo65564605 @TrumpWarRoom @SecMullinDHS For what crimes? Dude literally just got sworn in only two weeks ago.
English

@TrumpWarRoom @SecMullinDHS "I was just following orders" won't work when you're on trial.
English

.@SecMullinDHS: "ICE agents are simply trying to enforce the policies that Congress passed. As Secretary, I don't get to pick and choose which policies I enforce. I enforce all the policies that Congress put on my plate."
English

@momof3tired @JSYKRobert @TrumpWarRoom @SecMullinDHS Renee Good hit an ICE agent with her car (a legally defined deadly weapon), forcing said agent to go to the hospital, and Alex Pretti interfered with other agents who were on duty, carrying a firearm known for causing unintentional discharges.
Both deaths are tragic, but FAFO!
English

@EricMFriel @mcguffin73488 @Catholic_bro Besides, that priest you are mentioning is Jesus Himself, not any sinful man simply from the earth, but God in human form.
English

@EricMFriel @mcguffin73488 @Catholic_bro The Bible seems to encourage so:
“Many of those who had become believers came forward and OPENLY acknowledged their former practices.” - Acts 19:18, NABRE.
English

@Catholic_bro Matthew 16:19 and Matthew 18:18’s grammar reinforces that the Church declares or enacts on earth what God has already determined in heaven. Forgiveness comes directly from God through faith and repentance (1 John 1:9); the Church announces it authoritatively, not behind a box.
English

@Catholic_bro II Corinthians 2:10 again, in the broader context, is not describing confession, but rather the church’s decision to restore a repentant sinner to full fellowship.
It is modeling pastoral and congregational forgiveness, not a single man wiping another person’s sins.
