Since apartment gyms are a “check the box” amenity, I like to add a Concept 2 Rower & an Air Assault Bike to the layout They’re unusual (memorable for a tour) take up as much space as treadmill (space feels full) and appeal to serious athletes … but cost less than 1/8 the price
