No OA, AHI maintained, subscap predominantly intact. Would attempt (medialized) repair w dermal allo, could add BMAC ... SCR graft on standby!

@hassanfarooqMD Good luck! It’s going to be one of your favorite rotations, although I may be a bit biased. Try to get some time on an arthroscopy simulator and work on your triangulation skills. Also note in the knee you move the camera more and the shoulder you move the eyes more.

@JustinJMitchell I see this a lot in my area. Many of these wasteful MRI studies can be avoided with a good history and physical examination.

In an era of trying hard to limit wasteful spending and reduce the cost of medicine for our patients, unneccary advanced imaging is a very good place to start. The hip on the left does not need the image on the right.
