#DidYouKnow: After signing it into law and proclaiming Truman "the real daddy of Medicare," #LBJ presented him & Bess Truman with the first two Medicare cards. "He had started it all, so many years before," LBJ wrote of Truman. "I wanted him to know that America remembered."
