Thinking about it now, if Caicedo wasn't a 100m+ player, he would have been dropped in his first season at Chelsea. He really struggled. He made too many errors.
But if someone like him with Premier League experience can go through that in his first season, how about those without PL experience and much younger?
I wish Chelsea fans would understand the logic behind this. The first season is always complicated. It works for some players but not everyone.
