Cut spending by 7% a year 23. Make the Declaration of Independence the Law of the Land. 24. Abolish birthright citizenship 25. Reinstate the 1948 Smith-Mundt Act’s domestic dissemination ban on propaganda. 26. Fix the food— the soil, the GMOs, the dyes, the chemicals. Make food food again 27. Ban communism. 28.
