@EdwardJDavey Abolish devolution on these sort of matters and adopt a federal system. When I mean by abolish devolution I don’t mean hand Gove the power to decide for the UK as a whole though.. but this pandemic in general needs to be handled ALL working together.

I’d be heartbroken if Scotland left us, we northerners need to stick together... but I’m slightly encouraged by this. If 56% are either anti or unsure about separation when we have the worst ever advert for the UK sat in Downing Street, maybe the situation is retrievable?

We can have real reform. @LibDems have consistently campaigned for a more proportional system but this should not be a partisan issue – it's a matter of democratic principle. If we want everyone to have a real stake in their government, it starts by voting for electoral reform.
