@JFKairport @kasandra_faith Ok and what if you're trying to leave the airport?! If you even find the shuttle bus pickups the lines are ridiculous. Does JFK seriously not have a contingency plan for a breakdown that includes any communication? Why did *I* notify staff that it was down?

@JFKairport This has been extremely poorly handled - muffled announcements and vague suggestions that a shuttle bus was coming as a replacement, with no timeframe. Everyone is being forced to get taxis if they want to leave the airport.

When I started in the Hub(4 sort, represent!) I barely knew we had ✈️✈️ let alone that UPSers fueled them. DYK that we do FAA required Fire Safety training?🔥 ProTip:bring snacks when u teach-they concentrate on the material NOT their tummies, and do the hands-on like a BOSS 🧯
