Busy day in London today. First for the @Conservatives Local Election launch, where it was great to see the need to regenerate and make our local High Streets safer, feature. Followed by an LGA meeting discussing plastic recycling and community energy.

Today marks one year since the start of the Birmingham bin strike. Residents and businesses are STILL paying the price for a Labour-run council that can’t deliver the most basic services. Birmingham deserves better. On May 7th, back a Conservative council led by Bobby Alden to get Birmingham working again.
