Hi @LGIndia...Bought 3 TVs (55"OLED & 43"UK6780) Rs. 2.5L in 2019. 6month back One of the 43 TV LED bulbs failure & spent Rs.4K, again now Horizondal line on screen, Don't know the total cost!?to be spend!?. Being a LG loyal Customer need to spent Huge Money for its Running Cost?

Purchased lg g1 tv on 23/10/21 the Noida dealer is not exchanging tv (need 65” instead of 55”- even Amazon has replacement warranty till 10days! Can anyone help pls @LGIndia @lg_india @LGUS

@LGIndia My LG 55in TV display panel turned complete black. Raised complained no. RNP210926070292 for replacement as its under warranty but getting excuses from LG service team as they cannot prove that its not damaged due to water engross which they had claimed in the first

@LGIndia we have paid 3500₹ in advance on 17 sept 21 for some parts replacement but till date no mechanic has visited. Also we tried to reach the Motihari LG distributor on 9931975812 but either he is not receiving my call or making fake promises. Very pathetic service.

@LGIndia Dear Lg india One of your authorised service patna is trying to force me to change the whole wing portion from my LG WING . I had submitted my phone on 18sep to change the display.please intervene and help
