@SoVeryBritish Cheese s'wich & S&V crisps, but also not well known is the eating of an apple simultaneously with S&V or prawn cocktail crisps - you feel healthy and bad all at the same time and it tastes good too

@jopod92 @N_Wilson94 Having been acting ward manager on a dementia assessment ward last year, RMN's and RGNs working together complement each other to provide excellent care. Dementia care involves significant physical health issues and EOL. There are post qual courses in dementia

Why is there no older adult and #dementia specific nursing programme?
How long can we go on pretending that general adult nursing skills and competencies are fully transferable to this cohort of individuals.

@ProfLAppleby @NCISH_UK The use of 'ax of capacity' is not only important for MH staff but the wider health workforce - thinking ambulance staff in particular who are known to leave situations because a suicidal person was deemed to have capacity.
