@LucyGoBag I was in the garden centre cafe and it seemed to go from 2:58 till about 3:14 - some folks got two alerts, my husband included. We were all very British and just smiled at each other as the alert wailed at us!

I am working on the principle that it worked across all networks because we have not heard different! People saying it felt slower in rural areas. We definitely saw a time lag over 4 minutes
