🏠 The Climate and Nature Bill Will Destroy Your Right to Own and Use Property 🏠
The Climate and Nature Bill, set for its second reading on 24 January, poses a direct threat to property rights across the UK.
Whether you own a farm, a home, or a small plot of land, this Bill could strip you of control over your property in the name of "conservation" and "sustainability."
Here is what property owners need to know:
1️⃣ Compulsory Land Rewilding
Under Clause 2(3)(f) and (g), the Bill prioritises restoring ecosystems and conservation. This means:
Farmland could be forcibly taken out of use and converted to wild habitats, even if it has been in families for generations.
Rural property owners could be ordered to allow government backed projects on their land, regardless of their wishes.
Those who resist could face heavy penalties or legal action.
2️⃣ Urban Homeowners Are Not Safe Either
The push for energy efficiency means all property owners could face:
Mandatory retrofits, including heat pumps, insulation, and other low carbon upgrades that cost tens of thousands of pounds.
Fines for non compliance, forcing families into debt or out of their homes.
3️⃣ Your Rights as a Landowner Will Be Overridden
The vague language of the Bill allows unelected bodies to dictate how land can be used. This could mean:
Bans on farming certain crops, livestock, or even personal gardens if they do not align with "sustainability goals."
Restrictions on how you develop or manage your own property, leaving you with little say in decisions that directly impact your life.
4️⃣ Generations of Property Owners Could Lose Everything
Farmers and rural families who have worked their land for centuries may be forced to give it up.
Urban families could see their properties become financial burdens as new costs and regulations pile on.
5️⃣ The Wealthy Will Not Be Affected
While ordinary property owners face bankruptcy and loss, those with money will simply pay to comply or bypass the rules entirely.

This Bill is not about protecting nature. It is about taking control of property and leaving families powerless.
We must act now to protect property rights and stop these draconian policies before it is too late.

Principled Labour MP for Liverpool Walton @DanCardenMP has called for a national inquiry into grooming gangs,
“There have been far too few Labour voices expressing clear disgust & outrage at these heinous crimes, their cover-up & the lack of action.”

From the failure to hold gang rape enablers accountable, to Reform UK alienating its grassroots, to farmers getting crushed by Westminster's policies—The News At Ben, this week exposes a political system in collapse. Leadership is failing, justice is ignored, and the people are paying the price.

At Speakers Corner a Christian proclaims Jesus is the Son of God. A blaspheming Muslim who merely believes he is a prophet, objects to her & the teachings of the Bible.

@TiceRichard It appears most Labour MPs are either corrupt, deviants.
Or both 💥
Incidentally, isn't it curious nothing has recently been said about Starmer's "second family" or his "wife" being there purely for appearances?
The electorate have a RIGHT to know if they are being LIED to✅

EX-LABOUR PARTY CHAIRMAN OF STANLEY TOWN COUNCIL ADMITS RAPING A SCHOOLBOY
Homosexual Labour party chairman of Stanley Town Council and former coach driver who lived in Carlisle has admitted raping a schoolboy.
Peter McLaughlin, 61, entered his guilty pleas on the day that he was due to start a trial at Carlisle Crown Court over 15 similar allegations of abusing the boy.
Until today, he had denied any wrongdoing, but he finally admitted twice sexualy molesting the boy when his victim was much younger.
An earlier hearing had heard how McLaughlin committed the offences in the 1990s when he lived in the Greystone Road area of Carlisle.
The court heard that the defendant deliberately befriended his victim at a time when he worked as a driver for Redcrest Holidays, travelling all over Britain and Europe.
In court today, prosecutor Kim Whittlestone outlined how the allegations have already been scrutinised during two trials.
After the first, the jury were unable to reach a verdict while in the most recent trial the illness of a juror led to the case being abandoned.
The decision to accept the two guilty please offered was reached after detailed consultation with the victim, who otherwise would have faced the prospect of testifying for a third time.
As a result of the guilty pleas, Judge Peter Hughes QC ordered that McLaughlin, now living Murray Park, Stanley, County Durham, should sign the Sex Offenders’ Register. The period of time he will be on the register will be determined by the sentence that is ultimately imposed.
The judge also made the defendant subject to an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order, which severely restricts his future contact with any child.

You've done it again @CamillaTominey. A few moments ago on your programme you described @TRobinsonNewEra as "hard right".
How do his opinions differ from the GB News poll which found 76% back demands for a national inquiry into the sexual abuse of children by grooming gangs?

Starmer's choice of words today, 'bandwagon of the far right', was a spit in the face. It was calculated. He chose that phrase carefully, and he knew exactly what he was saying.
A deliberate attempt to smear those of us who are voicing legitimate fury about the mass rape of white British girls by Pakistani men.
He has misjudged this, quite spectacularly. For years using these insults to silent decent British men and women may have worked, but it will NOT now.
Keir Starmer is the Prime Minister, whether we all like it or not. He should have acted like one today. Instead, he threw around petty abuse.
There is no 'bandwagon', this is not about the 'far-right', this is not about Starmer's own politics.
This is about the thousands and thousands of white girls who were fed to these monsters in order to protect 'community cohesion'.
A truly disgraceful thing for a British Prime Minister to say.

Shocking to see Kevin Maguire refer to the rape gang victims as “women” (not girls) while screaming “they were not all white women”..
According to Maguire it’s “bigotry” & “hate” to point out that Pakistani Muslim men targeted white girls.

Elite feminists did nothing about the grooming-gangs scandal. While thousands of working-class girls were being abused, Guardianistas were busy waging campaigns against knee-touching and for ‘period positivity’. They just didn’t care, says Joanna Williams

I’ve sat with some of the survivors in Rotherham and Rochdale. I’ve heard first hand their harrowing stories.
I often think about how terrified they must have been when they were being abused.
The failure to stop the industrial scale rape and grooming of young British girls is one of our nation’s biggest scandals. And it continues today.
For the Prime Minister to label anyone concerned with this scandal as ‘far right’ is a grotesque insult to survivors and to millions of decent people across the country.
They aren’t jumping on a ‘bandwagon’ here. They are, rightly, furious with this injustice.
As Home Secretary the Grooming Gangs Taskforce I set up made over 500 arrests in its first year alone. Does the PM think that’s ‘far right’ as well?
These brave women deserve one thing now: Justice.
Not a weak Prime Minister who is running scared from the truth.

'Once we lose the anchor that truth matters, then we’re on a very slippery slope' Responding to comments by Elon Musk, the PM tells @Peston he is concerned about the state of UK politics, as some politicians have become 'casual about honesty decency, truth and the rule of law'
