@LKSTL24 Promotions offered through retailers can sometimes differ from LG direct offers, and eligibility often depends on specific terms. We'd be happy to take a closer look and clarify what happened with the extended warranty! Please reply to our DM so we may gather details! ^Jose

@LGUS Be aware that LG doesn’t always support the promotions they advertise on retailer’s websites. I was denied an extended warranty promo listed on a retailer’s site after purchasing a dryer. It’s like a bait and switch, but with the switch only happening after spending $700.

@GraemeCE @firstcommunity Couldn’t agree more. They took a perfectly good system and ruined it with the ‘upgrade’. After the 1st week of confusion, I’ve changed every bill I have to autopay to a credit card, and all cards to auto withdraw from FCCU. Hopefully they won’t screw that up too.

@firstcommunity This bill pay is awful. It makes me want to switch who my primary direct deposit is just because of this.

@BoschGlobal Was happy to see Mr von Nagel’s messages indicating Bosch’s intent to work with customer’s appliance rebate issues related to supply concerns. He should mention this to the Bosch support teams he says to reach out to.
All I get there is a run-around.

@HP Disappointed in how you render HP printer ink useless during a firmware update you scam us into applying, labeling it ‘critical’. Not satisfied that I’ve purchased genuine HP ink cartridges, but I don’t use them fast enough so you make the them inoperable. How is this legal?
