@LLBean You refuse to give me your IOSS so I can get my Czech Republic order of a jacket without paying customs tax. The people who answer your email do nothing and refuse to listen to me. You refused to send customs the material they needed. Now I can’t get my jacket!!!!

@LLBean, got a notice while out at the start of this storm last week that my order had been delivered by @UPS. They didn't put it by the door, where people usually put packages. Maybe when it all melts in the spring, I'll find it.

I miss the good old days wh @LLBean meant high quality long lasting shoes, my wife pulled these out of closet expecting to wear today and they are literally disintegrating after little wear. Too bad the lifetime warranty bit the dust so they could start selling disposable snow boot instead

@LLBean that’s where i’m not clear. i swapped it within a year, for a replacement but not its failed the stitch, so does that still apply to the replacement?

Hey @LLBean i brought back my slippers this fall due to the fluff basically falling out. 4 mo later now i have a stitch which has separated - normal usage in my home office only, what do i do now? #disappointing
