7 weeks waiting for a reply to a complaint from @lufthansa and the response falls so short it’s absurd. Cancelling customer bookings without notification, charging to rebook 4 times and failing to issue tickets causing a missed flight and being charged to rebook is not cool.
@hertz unbelievably, you’ve bounced me to an international support team DM service who has advised me to email the same address I’ve emailed 10 times so far with no response/action. This is extraordinarily poor…
Hi @lufthansa How long should customers expect to wait for a complaint to be responded to/handled? I raised mine 24th July…zero response since. This just makes a bad situation worse.
