Tomorrow, we launch. At sunset tonight, Artemis II waits on the pad, ready to carry astronauts potentially farther than any humans have traveled in more than half a century. The next era of exploration begins.

Artemis II is on schedule for launch tomorrow at 6:24 p.m ET. We’re monitoring an extremely complex vehicle, but everything is lining up. The rocket is healthy, the spacecraft is ready, the crew is in position, and the weather is looking good. America is on track to return to the Moon.

The hype for Artemis II just hit me like a ton of bricks this morning over breakfast. I’ve been dreaming about this mission since 10 year old me could rationalize the concept. This mission is NASA getting back to doing what they do best. Godspeed Artemis II. 🫡
