Great to see this @AGJamesUthmeier! I defended Florida's ban law, explaining how it's not a threat to free speech or parental rights, in a piece out this morning in @firstthingsmag: firstthings.com/protecting-kid…

It is no accident that the “protect the children from online harms” proponents almost never address the digital harms to children happening in schools. Citizens are being manipulated into supporting universal age verification/digital ID - the goal is to have a population that knows no other way than 24/7/365 surveillance. Must read article 🔗👇🏼

NEW - Ireland begins testing its proposed "digital wallet app," as part of EU regulations that all EU countries must provide a "EU Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet" for accessing public services by the end of 2026 and 2027 for private services.

BREAKING: Kash Patel’s FBI has filed a motion to reject discovery requests in the Seth Rich laptop case.

This lady puts it really well. They’re doing this for a reason, and the reason isn’t good.

Forcing ID verification creates massive privacy risks, the exact vulnerabilities cybersecurity experts have repeatedly warned against. We should protect kids online through parental empowerment & law enforcement, not a digital ID mandate that endangers everyone.

You guys have been caught funding ID age verification. No one will trust you guys ever again

Taxpayers are constantly told ESAs are too expensive. That claim falls apart the second you look at the numbers. • Average ESA award: about $7,400 per student • Average district school spending in Arizona: about $16,000 per student • Sending that same student back to the district system would mean taxpayers are on the hook for nearly double the cost That is the part ESA critics never want to talk about. They attack school choice as if it is some massive drain on the state, while ignoring the fact that the traditional system costs taxpayers far more. The truth is simple: ESAs are helping families find the best fit for their kids without forcing taxpayers to absorb the much higher price tag of the district system. So no, this program is not “bankrupting” Arizona. If anything, the real question is why the political and media class keeps attacking an option that gives families flexibility while costing taxpayers substantially less. We break down the numbers, the myths, and the broader fight over school choice in the latest episode of The State Room.
