4) Reduce Bureaucracies in Education
5) Eliminate the Gas Tax

This thinking assumes that I'm taking votes from one side or the other in unequal proportions. We all know disaffected former Rs and Ds will vote for me. And we also know that many new non-voters will not have to hold their nose at the polls to vote for me.

I believe abortion is wrong but I don't want a War on Abortion. A gov that can't win a War on Poverty or Drugs won't win this one either. Programs based on education and persuasion by people not government is a better solution.
