There is an old saying in politics: if you are going to tell a lie, tell a big one. For example, electric vehicles are the future. Michigan is a large, diverse northern state with cold winters & limited public transit. Let me get this straight... The same people who imposed draconian lockdowns on society, shuttered businesses, destroying livelihoods and the economy, locked kids out of schools, mandated ineffective forced masking, coerced individuals to take a shot that has proven ineffective and perhaps even dangerous at the cost of losing their jobs, even threatened jail for those refusing the vax, screamed about "free" abortion on demand, compelled female athletes to compete against biological males, defunded the police, were apologists for widespread violent riots, looting, arson, and even murder, these same people now want to take our guns under the guise of protecting us?!? Yeah, I'll pass.
