@Ask_Spectrum Update for those curious: they sent a message to the regular customer service department who called me a day later to tell me I had to call the same people I already talked to. So they were calling to say they can’t/won’t help & couldn’t even transfer me to the right people. WTF?

@Ask_Spectrum I hope so. This one was really dirty. You retained me from leaving after terrible treatment by giving me a price that included a discount for a free router and then randomly decided to remove it and won’t put it back. At the very least despicable. But possibly even illegal.

We are advocates for the many consumers you’ve screwed over. I assume this was a bot that didn’t realize we are responding to the many complaints we get about @GetSpectrum and @Ask_Spectrum You don’t care enough to fix lies when the customers complain so we try to amplify.

@Ask_Spectrum They also spoke to your rep by phone who actually apologized and agreed that @GetSpectrum was being awful but didn’t have the power to actually honor the promised price. So more hollow promises and lies from a company that seems to specialize in them. Truly awful.

@The_JHarrison @msgatoradr @AmericanAir @Delta @Delta has done some pretty horrible things to me. All three legacy carriers have their major issues. And until the setup changes, they won't all be solved. AA is just the worst of a very poor group.

@Momma_Craw @msgatoradr @AmericanAir While I am very saddened by Adrienne's experience. I can strongly attest to the fact that there are still many AA Flight Attendants who are extremely professional. Also, AA has a very good flight safety record the last I checked. Please do not put everyone as the same!

@GetSpectrum Just raised my cable bill for the second time (25%/$40!) in the last year and won’t do anything about it. Great pricing strategy at a time when so many are cutting the cord. Now I know why “being on the Spectrum” means you don’t relate well or empathize with others.
