BREAKING: Greater Manchester Police has confirmed that a 48-year-old man from Exeter was arrested last month on suspicion of the 2003 rape that Andrew Malkinson served 17 years in prison for, after a DNA breakthrough. Maliknson's case will go back to the court of appeal.
