24h later and ig is STILL pushing this video. 84k views on a brand new account. not because i'm a content genius, but because i stopped being precious about where to post. same content, different platforms, different ceilings. always post everywhere.

15h update: it went VIRAL. the 13k video is now at 40k+ and still climbing. new followers stacking every minute. learnings so far: → ig reels grow past day 1 (same as tiktok) → lower skip rate (25.7%) = algo keeps pushing → videos with a face grow faster than faceless ones → people comment less but share more → "one viral lifts the whole account" - happening right now still climbing. still posting.

After shipping an MVP the only updates you should make to your product are: - Ones that will increase conversions - Major bug fixes that can’t wait Outside of that all time should be spent on marketing. Once you have a strong costumer acquisition funnel then go back to improving product quality.

I love being in the game. If you noticed, I don’t spend money on expensive cars – I live comfortably on $10K+ a month. Recently I bought a batch of apps for $62K that I’m excited to dig into and turn into something valuable. As for other areas of life, I keep the balance. My wife and two kids are by my side, I work out 4-5 times a week, we live a full life. Goals keep my brain from going soft. I feel like I’m capable of more. $1M ARR yes, but I’m confident I can build something bigger. I want to keep doing what I’m good at. I don’t know where this leads, but I see examples of massive success in mobile apps. Maybe I’ll build the largest app publisher in Latam. Maybe along the way I’ll start a couple more companies in other niches. It’s a strange feeling – not wanting to stop. I didn’t have this energy before. We’ll see where it goes. For now, I love what I do.
