The guy did the very thing to get a Microsoft job decades ago and paid 30 bucks. Now he wants young Canadians to be trapped here. The Liberals are nuts.

We have a breach letter process for a reason.
If the behaviour is unwelcome because it is causing damage above what is reasonable, bye bye.
Nice thing is that people who get through our screening make financially conservative decisions and they have good credit.
Those people tend to respect their obligations and resolve issues at the end of the day.

Landlords are so flexible these days, that they are mostly allowing pets anyway. If your unit doesn’t allow it, move to a place that does. These advocates are wasting their time.
