@Bitstamp is holding my assets hostage. •Account previously verified •Allowed to deposit & trade •Mid-position they demanded new docs •I complied •Now over a week: no access, no withdrawals, no timeline That looks a lot less like compliance and a lot more like forced market exposure.

Just watched the latest @myfirstmilpod where @ShaanVP gets interviewed by his old intern — that raw pre-success energy, the frameworks, those honest stories… it really landed 🔥. Then the algo kept feeding me more MFM content, including stuff from @thesamparr about turning an LLM (like ChatGPT) into your personal life/executive coach. @HubSpot even put out full playbooks and guides for setting it up — super practical system if you’re into that kind of self-coaching hack. I’m right in the middle of figuring out my next chapter, so I decided to run with it for real. Tried the soft approach first: sent Google Forms to a few friends for no-holds-barred feedback. They actually answered (shoutout to the ones who did), but man… people really don’t like filling out forms 😂. Reluctant forks all around — totally get it, life’s busy and nobody signed up for a therapy session via form. So I answered the AI questions. Here’s what came up, straight and unfiltered: 1/ My real fear isn’t just straight-up failing at something. It’s the deeper gut-check: realizing I’m not the person I always told myself I was. I made it to the UFC… but being honest? I got there by working the edges. Spotted some emerging/underserved MMA markets where a lot of fighters had clear skill gaps — and my technical strength was exactly their weakness, so I lined up fights, networked hard to stand out from the crowd. All my focus went into creating chances, getting visibility, making moves. Almost none on the core stuff: fixing binge eating, tightening up other weak areas, or dealing with the mental/psychological hits that got amplified after some tough family events. Stepped into the UFC → and it crumbled. Showed up overweight, injured, head completely off. Outside? Looked like I “made it.” Inside? Full breakdown. Built on momentum and smart matching more than a rock-solid foundation. 2/ After that hard reset, I shifted to building cash flow and taking care of my mom. Opened a gym — it ran solid, made decent money… teaching privates realized I’ll never make enough money where I was. Then a random client reached out: “Come work full-time with me?” Took the jump → became a high-level health coach/trainer. In spare time, dove into investing and finance self-study. Spotted some mispriced plays, took calculated swings… and hit my first meaningful financial milestone. But this nagging doubt keeps coming back: “Did I actually earn this, or is it mostly because people like me, vibe with me, and stick around?” Clients are getting results… but am I irreplaceable, or could someone else plug in tomorrow? The investing side — was that sharp skill, or just timing/luck on a good run? 3/ The battle I’m in right now: Is the value I’m putting out there truly transferable and scalable? Can I take these opportunistic, hustle-based wins and turn them into something solid — a real, repeatable business that doesn’t depend on the next lucky break or pivot? I’ve avoided facing these head-on for a long time. Now they’re in the open, and I’m not dodging anymore. At least I can see what I’m really up against. Some extra questions rattling around after the audit: • What if the “edge” that got me here doesn’t exist in the next arena? • Am I chasing proof of worth, or actual building? • How do I test if this is repeatable without betting the house? • What’s the one skill gap I’m still ignoring that could sink the next thing? If you’re feeling that same crossroads pull, try feeding your full story into an LLM with that @thesamparr-style coaching prompt. Lay it bare, let it push back hard. It’s not easy to look at… but the self-honesty and direction it gives? Already shifting things for me. What’s the one tough truth (or reluctant fork) your own no-BS mirror session would bring up?

Alex Hormozi helped thousands build $100M offers. So I made a Hormozi Mega-Prompt that turns ChatGPT into a value-creating machine: → Offer creation → Pricing models → Market analysis → Value stack generation → Pain-point insight extraction If you want ChatGPT to think like Hormozi, this is the one. Comment “Alex” and I’ll DM it to you.

@theSamParr Been loving Moneywise. I’ve been a traveling health coach for the super-rich for a decade. I have clients spending close to $1M/year just on health & fitness. The economics (and the stories) are wild. Happy to share the details if you ever want to hear them.

21 year old niece took her own life. I can't imagine being in a place mentally where you think that is the best option. Our family is distraught, her family is shattered and will never be able to hug her, talk with her, laugh with her again. She struggled in silence. If you are having those kind of thoughts just know you are loved. Tell someone, bring it to the light. The devil is a liar. Your family and friends love you and when you go a piece of them dies too. 😢

Since that day, I’ve tried to live with an extreme bias for action. Sometimes big adventures—and big growth—start with something as simple as a tuna sandwich. 🥪

It became one of the wildest nights of my life. But it also taught me something powerful: The speed of decision-making was next-level. While most of us overthink for weeks, they acted in hours.

Lifting heavy weights is proven to work better against depression than any medication And personally I know why I just lifted extremely heavy (for my standards), today was squats and deadlifts (with personal trainer) It's now an hour after and I am mostly unable to think, I am in a state of zen trance silence, there is literally nothing in my brain left Just an empty space and these words flying through If I stop writing this it's just silence and nothignness If I was depressed which I'm not, I wouldn't be able to be depressed right now, because I'm not able to be nothing right now, I barely exist, I just am and that's it It's hard to explain until you do like really heavy (again for my standards) like above 100kg/200lbs and many reps and you don't get the effect below your bodyweight in my experience Which makes it hard to explain this to people starting out lifting because it takes a long time to build up to heavy weight safely and then you really see the mental benefits It's probably similar to runner's high but different? Lifter's high? Anyway go try it!
