Been working remote for the last few years and now have to go into the office 9-5 Monday through Friday. The commute is 1.5 hours each way with traffic and tolls. Ugh. Feels like a prison sentence. Loved working from home, my productivity was through the roof and my sales performance was great. Also got in about 10-15k steps a day on my walking treadmill which won’t happen with this new set up. So I guess it’s time I start looking for a new job… Anyone know of any openings for a remote sales role, please hit me up!

Charge me for the tech visit if you need to.” ISP: “Sorry Saar we just cannot do that” Me: “Alrighty, then you need to schedule a tech to come remove your service entirely. Elevate this to your supervisor.” ISP: “Saar I am pleasure to inform you that we are to provide this service saar but tech visit will cost $150” Me: “That is fine.” Tech who moved the cable: “Yeah we have terrible customer service, f**k those guys, I’m not charging you for this visit, I decide that.” Everything is a struggle with the outsourced, everything is gravy with domestics.

Removing TPS status for Haitians living in the United States would cost 350,000 workers their ability to work at a time when we’re already facing serious workforce shortages. I’ve heard from healthcare providers and business leaders across Nebraska, including @OmahaChamber, who are concerned about the impact this would have on patient care and our economy. I don’t see the goodness of deporting people who are here legally, working, and contributing to our country.

What's the best "I'm broke and old" job you can have. Ideally it's probably some remote laptop job somewhere. Remote cuts the humiliation a little bit. You don't want be the old guy in the office with a younger boss in your face. Is it driving an Uber? Make your own hours. Maybe doordash? Just your car, the food. Idk
